Ombudsperson

The ombudsperson represents the interests of Association members and is tasked with investigating and addressing concerns or complaints lodged by parents or staff members in regards to the operation of the centre. The ombudsperson is independent of all organizational entities (i.e. management, staff, board of directors) and is appointed by the board of directors at the annual general meeting of the Association.
